Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I woke up feeling nauseous, shaking or tremoring - internally and legs, very dizzy, mouth very dry, palms sweaty, felt flushed, weird poop. I felt a little better if I sat down or laid down, but worse if I stood up or walked around. I laid down and slept another 2 hours and felt much better. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It seems to occur between 5am and 9am and then I feel okay the rest of the day.
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
The symptoms (nausea, dizziness and shivering) you are feeling between 5 am and 9 am are suggesting possible hypoglycemia.
Please check your blood sugar levels and blood pressure, run a complete biochemistry check up (to evaluate your liver/kidney function test, complete blood count; electrolyte levels). Record the results to pass to your doctor for further analysis and management.
Keep well hydrated. Have your meals regularly. Wish fast recovery.
