Work up needed with .... -Posterior pharynx examination to rule out pharyngitis which seems most likely here -Floor of mouth inspection to rule out Ludwig angina -neurological examination -CBC with differential count -CRP -throat swab only of needed ... Salt water gargles useful... Benadryl or levo cetrizine like decongestent can be given..... Drink more water Avoid excess spicy foods .... If neeeded for example high neutrophil than antibiotic given... According to report and examine further management decided ... Ex..if inflammatory swelling more than short term steroid needed Take care Advise : Physician consultation for examination
