What Causes Nausea, Dizziness, Numbness In Arm And Swelling In Feet?

yes I am having nausea, dizziness, pain and swelling in my shin and feet...2 days ago numbness in my right arm. Very tired and gaining weight. I am concerned something is very wrong. I am not on any kind of medication nor do I take anything. I am 47 yrs old female.

After going through your question I can understand your concern.

Whatever the symptoms you have mentioned it need evaluation for
1) Hypothyroidism which is most likely possibility.
2) Anaemia (Low Hemoglobin).
3) Stroke.
4) Kidney and liver disease.

It is advisable to consult your physician for detailed neurological examination to know possiblility of stroke.
Depending upon clinical examination there may be need for
1) CT scan or MRI of brain.
2) Thyroid Function Test to rule out hypothyroidism.
3) Complete blood count (for Hb).
4) Kidney and Liver function test.
5) ECG

Depending upon clinical examination and test reports appropriate treatment can be planned.
