Hello,

If you had unprotected sex and were not on regular contraceptive pills and also failed to take emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours then you might be pregnant. Since you got a negative report, wait for a couple of days and repeat pregnancy test with urine and blood. Get clinically examined by a gynae to rule out ectopic pregnancy or any other pathology causing the discomfort. Your symptoms can also be caused due to dehydration, stressful lifestyle, low BP, hypoglycemia, anemia, poor general health condition, liver dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, thyroid issues, etc.

You are suggested to stay well hydrated, take adequate rest. Take food good for the liver, avoid oily-junk food, take home made food rich in iron, calcium, minerals and protein. Stay away from addictions if any. To get relieve from pelvic pain take antacids, PPIs, one SOS when required. Do not skip meals. Take Acetaminophen, one SOS when headache. Avoid anxiety and tension at all times.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
