What Causes Nausea & Dizziness Post Hysterectomy?

Im a 25 yr old female 5 weeks post op from total hysterectomy. (I did keep my ovaries). Had the surgery due to severe inflamation. I had issues with nausea, dizzyness and was unable to empty my bladder for 2 weeks. Im still having problems with the extreme nausea and dizziness. My Dr said it was due to anastesia. Ive had severl surgeries and have never had this problem. Im on motion sickness patch and tried to stop using them but after 8 days of not using one I couldnt even walk without feeling sick. Any idea whats goinf on with me? Im otherwise in good health.
