What Causes Nausea During Intercourse?

Hi I am 18 years old I have 1 year old daughter and ive been with the same partner for 4 years but for about 2-3 months ive been feeling very nauseous whenever we are having sex I feel sick to the point where we have to stop and lately ive actually been throwing up. pleaset help!

Feeling dizzy and nausea during intercourse happens to many women and don't really exist any disorder or cause to be worried.

Sometimes it happens before and during orgasm and its normal
If you are using birth control pills the nausea feeling may be due to the pills.

Some advices from me would be:

- Take a better control of your breathing during the intercourse. Take quiet and deep breaths.
- Take it easy. High intensity sex may lead to nausea.
- Have sex before ore after some hours if you take any birth control pill or other medications.
