What Causes Nausea During Periods?
I ve recently started my period mid last month & for the past 3 days I ve been feeling naseus , I didn t think anything of it until I used the restroom because I thought I was bleeding instead nothing visible came out while using the restroom but when I wiped myself I seen small clots on the tissue Please help!

While the exact timing is not clear from your question, it may be useful to take a pregnancy test, especially if your last period was very light. Clotting such as you describe can be signs of a very early miscarriage.
