What Causes Nausea, Excessive Sweating And Dizziness?
my wife had sudden nausea, sweating and lightheaded-ness. She became very pale and is now tingly , the nausea is gone and she is otherwise okay. Her pulse remained normal. She also just finished smoking some of my cigarette and is a non-smoker mainly (takes a couple of drags from mine once or twice a day).

it might be due anemia and due to hypotension so check bp once and check the hemoglobin levels after smoking some individuals can get giddiness
