Hi,
Dark urine can be due to not taking enough fluids or loosing a lot of fluid with
vomiting,
diarrhea or sweat. I would recommend you that if you only have the dark urine without burning or frequency in urination to drink plenty (at least 2 liters a day, water) and if the color of urine still does not change you will need to see your doctor.
If you have burning and or frequency in urination you will need to see your doctor soon as well to have a
urinalysis and rule out infection and urinary stones. As for the
fatigue,
abdominal pain and nausea this might be due to a viral infection and is generally self limiting which means it generally should improve in a total of 5-7 days.
Meanwhile you need to make sure you eat and drink in frequent small amounts, rest well, avoid spicy food, fast food or fatty and very sweet food, you can take fruit and vegetables and soups, toast, etc. If you see no improvement in a few days you will need to see your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
