What Causes Nausea, Fever, Fatigue And Sore Throat?

I have a sore throat that began yesterday that didn t get bad until last night right before I fell asleep. I ve been feeling exhausted for the past 2-3 weeks no matter how much I sleep or rest. Friday I was in class and out of no where began feeling nauseous and had feverish chills. Then yesterday everything hit me like a bus late afternoon when I had a slight fever (99.68) with heavy chills, fatigue, and very sore throat.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen three times a day.

I recommend to use throat sprays. I also recommend taking vitamin C supplements. I recommend drinking liquids and rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
