What Causes Nausea, Headache And Fatigue Despite A Normal Blood Report?
My 25 year old daughter has been not feeling good on and off ever since she moved back from living in Honduras for 1 1/2 years. She complains of nausea, headaches and fatigue. While in Honduras she did have chikungunya virus. She had complete bloodwork done and nothing showed up. We are waiting for results from a stool sample. Any other suggestions?

Your daughter's symptoms can be due to dehydration or depression. Other investigations are electrolytes, test to rule out endocrine disorders, urine examination, ultrasound abdomen, ; if everything normal i would advice you to consult a psychiatrist to rule out depression.
