General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

in your case i'd recommend ruling out a blood pressure or heart condition first. See your gp to have your blood pressure taken, do a clinical examination and write an ekg. Also the thyroid hormones need to be checked in your blood to rule out hyperthyroidism. This would be the first i'd most likely think about, if its not that your doctor will search further. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
