What Causes Nausea, Hoarse Voice, Fever And Tiredness?
Hi, I have been treated recently for a sinus Infection, but I have been suffering from nausea, and my voice has been hoarse for months now, and low grade fevers, I am very tired too? I already know I have a slow thyroid, but is this something related to that or sinus issues? I haven t been this nauseated since pregnancy, and I am not pregnant ( hysterectomy) I am concerned, what could it be?

Hi,
The hoarse voice, fever, and tiredness are related to a viral infection or flu with viral laryngitis.
The hoarse voice may even be related to reflux that also causes nausea and vomiting.
You probably need a fibroscopy of esophagus and stomach.
