What Causes Nausea, Indigestion, Bloating And Stomach Cramps?

I have daily nausea and indigestion, bloating, stomach cramping, start the day feeling constipated end the day with diarrhea. prior diagnosis of GERD, Barretts and mild gastro Persis. history of ischemic colitis, diverticulitis and polyps. significant family history of colon cancer. due for colonoscopy but Do not have insurance. Should I be concern? or can it wait until I can acquire health insurance?

Constipation relieve by diarrhea that may be because of irritable bowel syndrome...
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
You have family history of colon cancer so better to diagnose as early as possible.
