hey it s just that i had peptic ulcer a couple of mnth ago and ever since my stomach has been causing m nausea and i guess the feeling of fast and irregular heart beat, but yesterday i think i got a cold and now my head feels hot y heart beat is somehow faster and i feel some tension in my head. i dont know what to take cuz i guess flu meds wll make my stomach go crazy and my head really bothers me and making me feel kinda off mood and little dizzy
