General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this can be hypoglycemia when blood sugar goes too low or orthostatic hypotension when you rise up from seating position too quickly.

You should control glucose levels and also keep hydrated drinking more water and fluids. Possibly you should get more time to regenerate after surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
