What Causes Nausea, Pain Behind Eyes, Dizziness And Nose Bleed In A Child?
My 14 yr old has complained of nausea since 12 pm today. It has progressed to mild pain behind his eyes, dizziness and a sudden nose bleed. His BP is 138/98. He has hx of HTN but it has been controlled for last 6 months. His neuro check is normal, PERRL, afebrile. He worked outside in the heat today. First blush I thought he just got over heated. With nose bleed now I m not sure.

The BP of 138/98 is high for the reason of the above symptoms. The nose bleed could be due to sudden aggregation of pressure unrecorded at that time.
