What Causes Nausea, Painful Nipples, Headaches And Dizziness?
Hi, I have stopped the depo shot since January this year so I can have a baby. Since then I ve been releasing old blood and my doctor said its normal but I haven t been releasing blood in a month or so and on April 8th I got what I think was my period except it only lasted 3 days. I had unprotected sex on April 22nd and I went online too check my ovaulation dates and it said that my most fertile days were Sunday the 19th through the 24th. I ve noticed that my boobs mainly the areolas hurt and they got darker but then light after a while and it keeps changing back and forth but they still hurt. I ve been waking up nauseous a few days in a row but I also don t eat breakfast. I ve been feeling really sick lately and feeling like I need too puke but it won t come out. I ve also been having headaches and feeling dizzy. I have a stuffy and runny nose but I can still smell and that usually never happens. I also have to pee a lot. Can someone give some feedback please and thank you?

Hello,
You stopped depo shots in January and since then have been having normal menstruations. You got your periods on April 8th and had unprotected penetrative sexual intercourse on April 22nd. Since then you have been experiencing early symptoms of pregnancy. You have not mentioned if you are due to your periods. You should get a pregnancy test done with the first morning midstream urine. You can also have a blood test done.
Since you are nauseous and are unable to take breakfast, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. Your gynecologist may ask you to get USG (Uterus with fallopian) tubes done to study the gestational age and well being of the fetus if pregnant and to rule out ectopic pregnancy. You will be managed accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any. Take home made nutritious food and quality sleep.
