What Causes Nausea Post Food Intake And Constant Headache?
Hi I am nauseous after I eat no matter what I eat and have a constant headache for past couple of weeks. It has not stopped me going to work yet but is becoming a bit of a pain, as it happens no matter what I eat it s hard to pin point if it s an allergy, thanks
There can be many reasons for your above symptoms. First of all, you should drink plenty of water- 2-3 liters of water per day. Avoid taking fatty, spicy food especially at night. Increase the intake of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Also, make sure that there is a gap of at least one and half to two hours between your last meal and sleep.
For headache try to maintain a proper posture while working on the screen and while sleeping. However if still the symptoms persist do get some investigations done - like complete blood count, sugar levels, liver function tests, H pylori test, and ultrasound abdomen, depending upon the results final treatment can be planned.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
