I have no gallbladder and haven t for years. recently I have had a ruptured disk and will be having surgery. in the mean time the doctor prescribed morphine which I could not take due to sick stomach it caused. he changed me to diluadid and it also is making me vomit green bile colored emesis. I have vomited more than6 times and cannot keep even clear liquids down. I have not drank water because it nauseates me. the green bile is scaring me and I don t know if this is a serious problem that I am ignoring. note I had bowel resection 10 yrs ago and have been having constant runny stools. this is not acute it is chronic since resection. I do not feel I am obstructed but the abd pain is almost not tolerable.
* Needs primary work up with ultrasound , lab tests and further management .
