Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here. i fell yesterday and hit the back of my head on the street but didn't black out and was coherent. late that evening i had a nose bleed and felt nauseous and a little dizzy through out the evening. today when i woke up my head had some pressure and my body felt stiff and physically exhausted. every tells me that i should go to the er but i should be fine. not sure if i should go or be worried

Well nausea, dizziness and pressure in the head after hitting the head can happen in some cases. It will be better that your get it checked out in Emergency department for complete neurological exam and mostly a CT Scan of the brain. There are two possibilities either your brain has suffered some amount of injury following which there is some amount of swelling, which can be treated by medication, or there might be a some amount of bleeding inside of brain which is causing pressure. to confirm you have to undergo CT brain.
