What Causes Nausea, Prolonged Period And Diarrhea?

I have been having nausea and diarrhea since Thursday night. I have been having a light period for two weeks. Negative pregnancy test. No fever. But migraine type headaches. I have been suffering from abnormal uterine bleeding from cyst on my ovaries. I had a D&C and laparoscopy to remove cyst in June. Got off the pill in July. Had a regular cycle and now this. I am 35. Female. I started whole 30 this past Tuesday which I have stopped on Friday due to these symptoms. Should I call my primary care or my OBGYN. Should I wait until Monday or go to walk in clinic today?
