What Causes Nausea, Stomach Cramps And Sore Throat?
i have been feeling sick for the past two weeks. I feel like i m going to vomit, i have cramps, i feel gasy, and a soar throat . I m kept up at night from my stomach ach. I had unprotected sex two weeks and ever since i ve felt this way.

These things are not signs of pregnancy. It is more like u r suffering from gastritis. Take tab pantoprazole 40mg in the morning on empty stomach for a week
But since u have had unprotected sex, u could be pregnant (the symptoms not coming from it), please take a urine pregnancy test
