What Causes Nausea, Tingling, Headaches And Fatigue?

My husband, age 76, has had dizziness, right hand tingling, occasional headaches, and feeling nausea. He has had this for about a year now. His energy level is very low after doing a small chore. He has had CT scans (head), ultra sounds of the stomach which proved he has a polyp on his gallbladder. He had his prostate (cancerous) out about 9 years ago. He had 33-34 radiation treatments for this and was put on hormone treatment for two years. His blood pressure is normally fine and blood test show bilirubin normal although he has gall stones contained within the gallbladder. His doctor believes that he has the onset of Parkinson s disease but a specialist he was sent to says no. One other doctor also does not believe he has Parkinson s disease. So - what is wrong? He is becoming baffled as to what is happening to him. Please can someone help.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history related to your 76 year old husband having one year problems of dizziness, tingling in right hand (no tremors) occasional headaches, nausea, Cancer prostate with 33 radiations 9 years ago, on hormone treatment for 2 years, gallbladder stones and polyp.
All these can surely give him easy fatigue.
The cause of the present symptoms may be due to the age and so many medical problems.
I would advise you the following:
Get the detailed blood investigations related to hemoglobin, serum proteins, vitamins and so on so that the deficiencies if found can be corrected and he will be better.
Since Parkinson is not there is a good news at the moment.
Start supplements.
Also anxiety and stress may be an added problems, have counselling for this and be treated if required.
Change of place, outings, diet may help.

I hope this answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
