What Causes Nausea, Urinary Frequency With A Swollen Belly?

Hi ive got had the nova copper coil for about five months but over the last two weeks have had nausea, frequent urinating and my breasts are leaking but negitive hpt. My belly is swollen with infequent pelvic pain, back pain and right abdomen pain. Any ideas?

Hi,

I think that you may be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease along with gastritis and possibly a urinary tract infection also. The first thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen to determine if the nova copper coil is at correct position or not, start a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 10 days and Pantoprazole tablet for 10 days and also tablets Drotaverine for cramping pain and urinary alkalizing syrups for 10 days. A urine routine investigation will be required also.
