What Causes Nausea Vomiting Dark Foul Smelling Stool With Blood?

All day I have been feeling nauseated and as if I have to throw up and I have thrown up a little bit, it was very very acidic. My right lower side has been in pain all day and it's more sharp and keeps coming back especially after I eat. I just tried to use the restroom and there was a very large amount of bright red blood in my stool which was dark and tarry. It was very foul smelling also and I am very concerned.

Intestinal polyp or ulcerative colitis may cause blood in stool..

Hemorroid means piles also cause this type of symptoms.
Diverticular disease may cause blood in stool...
