What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Headache And Body Ache?

Hi, I m just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. I m having an abnormal (for me) amount of nausea, to the point of fighting back vomiting. I very rarely get sick and haven t vomited in approx. 10 years (I hate to so I avoid at all cost.) I m also a bit lethargic. Some headache and body aches, specifically in the shoulders and neck area. I have been feeling this way for about a week. I m thinking about going to the doctor but just don t know if it s something I just need to wait out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be an episode of viral syndrome.
As a first line management you can take drugs like paracetamol for symptomatic relief.
Drink plenty of water.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
