What Causes Nausea With Severe Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

I have been having nausea and vomitting and servere abdominal pain and lower back pain for the past two weeks. It has not gotten better despite meds and other things. I went to the ER four days ago but they could not find anything wrong but obviously something is. Any advice?

Nausea and lower back pain with vomiting is very coming in uretric colic and some times sigmoid volvulus, intusucception of large intestine. ..
