Hello,
You are suffering from nausea, headache(head hurt), depression, you often get goosebumps and sometimes have
shortness of breath. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get
thyroid function tests done. Get T3, T4, TSH, Hb%, CBC,
Urinalysis done at the earliest. You will be accordingly treated. Your symptoms are indicative of thyroid problem (
hypothyroidism). If obese control weight, do regular exercises and walking.
Low thyroid causes shortness of breath as the
metabolism slows down and heart arrhythmias occur. Dry skin, hair loss, weight gain and cold intolerance (getting goose bumps) are symptoms of hypothyroidism. In the meantime, take food rich in vitamin B and B12 (-peas, beans, cheese, eggs, milk, oatmeal, etc.). You can also take supplements. Avoid taking sugar and processed food as they can increase inflammation in the body. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
