You may be suffering from anxietyneurosis which is the main reason for your stomach ulcers, GERD or Irritable Bowel syndrome etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Take tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Do yoga and exercises daily.
If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
