What Causes Nausea,headache And Sudden Vision Black Out?

I am having symptoms of nausea then comes a headache. Loosing my voice for a few days. I am also experiencing sometimes when I stand up my vision goes black for a few seconds. I eat healthy and exercise every day. I am physically fit and run miles every day. What could be my problem

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query . The symptoms you describe in query can occur because of many reasons like ocular migraine or ischemic condition in brain (cerebral ischemia). Ocular migraine occur due to change in nerves and blood vessel spasm in retina .

I would suggest you to consult neurologist and ophthalmologist both for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order MRI to find out if there is any ischemic condition . He/she may prescribe aspirin for pain, antiepileptic drug like topamax ,antidepressant like amitriptyline and altiplace for ischemic attack.
