What Causes Nausea,headache,dizziness?

I am sick to my stomach, nausea, headache, dissyness, constantly wanting to go to bed, and no medication you can get over the counter i have tried so far has fixed this issue. it goes on for four days then stops for a day or two then goes right back to normal.
