What Causes Nausea,vomiting, Diarrhea And Then Constipation?
I am constantly feeling sick and nauseous. O have diarrhea fir a few days straight and then I have the hardest and painful time making a bowel movement. I wake up maby times feeling nauseous and puking. I can t even smell food because it makes me sick. What can it be ?

How old are you? Possible that you may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning or food intolerance etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Drink plenty of liquids and ORS solution. Get it done stool examination and microscopy. If necessary get it done upper GI endoscopy.
Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
