What Causes Neck Pain After A Head Injury In A Child?
Hi my 3yr old son was playing with my husband and he threw him on our bed and his head hit the bed and he immediately started complaining his neck hurt. Should we do anything or watch for any symptoms? I gave him some motrin but Im worried. He is not crying. Thank you

Hi... by what you say, because of the sudden impact he might have sprained his neck. What you did it right, by giving Motrin, but the other danger signs which you need to be on the lookout for are weakness of hand or legs. If this happens please approach the nearest Emergency Room.
