What Causes Neck Pain After Head Injury?
My son had an accident with his skateboard and hit his head on the road. His head is sensitive after more than 24 hours and his neck at the neck at the front and back are sore. I took him to the doctor but no concussion. His neck is becoming more sore as the day go on. Should I be worried?

Hi, your son is having neck pain after hitting the head.
Neck pain can be due to cervical spine soft tissue injury , bony injury and cord injury.
I advise you to do X ray cervical spine AP and lat views and to wear cervical collar.
If cervical x ray is abnormal then MRI cervical spine should be done.Thanks
