What Causes Neck Pain After Taking BP Medication Along With Cymbalta And Simvastatin?

I have been taking Cymbalta for 4 years now, along with Simvastan for chlestoral, my doctor just put me on a high blood pressure medicine which I have taken for 3 days, and for what ever reason the veins in my neck have been throbbing? Is this normal?
