I have pain inside neck 1 week have to go white patch on both chick inside and cough and sneezing continuous cough come and there is small pimple size many bumps on behind tounge side how deep it is I don t know and also chest pain not so bad I think it is due to cold

It seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection with ulcers in the mouth.
You might require one course of antibiotic and decongestant medicine for 3-5 days.
Take vitamin B complex, folic acid medicine for 5-7days.
Do listerine gargles.
