What Causes Neck Pain Upon Movements While On Uloric?

good morning, this past monday morning, i woke up with what i thought was a crook in my neck, on the left side of my neck, I ve had them before and after a day it goes away. this time its persistent and its been going on since monday. it hurts whe i move my nect but know i seem to feel it in my neck and up to the ear. I can feel like a headache in that area with a throbbing. its hard to get comfortable and to sleep,,I m tired. I ve also started a medicine about ten days ago called uloric for gout.
