My son is 19 years ago and a freshman studying in London. Friday he started with a headache, then diarrhea and nausea. He now has bad neck pain. He went to the ER this morning and they diagnosed is a gastroenteritis and gave him Tylenol and anti-nausea medicine. He wasn t having the neck pain this morning.
