What Causes Neck Pain With Dizziness?

The back of my neck hurts and I feel a little dizzy I also feel little pressure in my chest when I walk the dogs but it goes away after a while. This happens like right after the walk I get dizzy or should I say Lupe. I just had a stress test not too long ago and it was good I also had a triple bypass 13 years ago i,v been good ever sense but I ve always complained of dizziness I had I have inner ear issue but they ve never done anything with it.
