What Causes Neck Stiffness And Dizziness While Standing?

I have problems when I stand up where my neck feels stiff and my left ear feels plugged and I feel extremely dizzy, almost to the point of falling down. It seems to happen more after I’ve sat for a while. No o e seems to know what’s going on. Please help answer.

The plugging sensation of the ears may imply that the sinuses are involved in the symptoms but there are other causes of the symptoms that you are describing.
It would be best to consider seeing an ENT specialist. He or she would be best able to determine if the symptoms are due to sinus complaints or related to another cause.
Imaging may be needed.
