What Causes Neck Stiffness,burning Sensation In Head And Ear Fullness?

Hi, iam 33 year old , i am suffering from neck stiffness, burning sensation inside my head , ear fullness, pinching pain inside head associated with head pressure , dizziness, off balance , muscle pain, two years back i have been diagonised with TMJ, but i am getting this symptoms only after i make a call phone call. I tried speaking in speaker , headphone , but the pain is really bad ,iam now feeding my newborn 3 months old , it make me even down with this problem , i can somehow find there is problem really in my ear connecting to the brain . Please direct me to proceed further for my treatment . Thank you.

Hello,

The issue of neck stiffness, burning head and ear fullness indicate possible disturbances with the fine balance of inner ear cochlear fluid or labyrinth system which is quite possible with certain frequency sound waves for a prolong period of time with close proximity. In my clinic, I do suggest to check for:
- Autoscopy
- Audiometry
- Weber test
- Rinne`s test
