What Causes Nerve Pain And Tingling Sensation In Left Shoulder And Wrist?

over lastb 90 days progress nerve pain in left sholder, amd left wrist - causes perios of tingling feeling, fatigued felling down left arm / shoulder --- left habd index finger numbness -- I travel alot and seems to falir up when I travel. Left writ and index finger can throb whn I am on a plane. better with rest but seems to have progress over last 90 days

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nerve pain and tingling sensation in left shoulder and wrist . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis , cervical radiculopathy , nerve compression , or symptoms or angina . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI . Doctor may prescribe nerve supplement muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory and physical therapy along with particular stretching exercises . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist in case of cardiac problem . For now eat healthy , and apply warm compresses to neck , shoulder and arm . Gentle massage with flax oil will also be helpful along with healthy diet.
