Hi,

You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy or cervical disc prolase or cervical muscle spasm, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use physical therapy and neck exercises. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use cervical soft collar, and NSAIDS. If symptoms not improved please get it done MRI spine and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
