As per your complain nerve pain on my left jaw, left nostril and left ear nerve pain seems to be due to Trigeminal Neuralgia that occurs due to disturbances related with trigeminal nerve like compression caused by any major blood vessel, tumor, traumatic injury etc.. As trigeminal nerve supplies sensations to the face and is known as nerve of face, therefore any disturbance in its function can cause severe bouts of pain on the affected side of face.. I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or a Neurophysician and get evaluated and investigations like x ray, MRI Scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be given pain relieving medications that are capable to relieving nerve related pain like Gabapantin, Carbamazipine, Baclofen etc.. In case if not relieved with medicines then surgical treatments like Microvascular Decompression, Glycerol injection, balloon decompression etc can be advised.. Hope this information helps..
