What Causes Nerve Problem When Diagnosed With Vitamin B12 And D3 Deficiency?

hi im from INDIA im using stressnil medicine for 2 years now I got diagnosed with B12 and D3 vitamin deficiency also nerve weakness I want to know what is the exact issue/ problem in my body my doctors are not giving an exact explanation I also suffer from stress and depression with suicidal thoughts

Nerves in our body are covered with myelin sheath. This sheath is very important for nerve function.
This sheath needs vitamin b 12 and vitamin d 3 for proper functioning.
So when patient is having deficiency of these vitamins, nerve functions are hampered.
So they need supplements to restore nerve functions.
Apart from vitamin b 12 and vitamin d 3, in your case, we should also rule out uncontrolled stress and depression as a cause.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need additional anxiolytic drugs too.
