Hello,
You are experiencing
nerve pain at the bottom of both your feet. You are not diabetic. Your back is also feeling tensed at times. Stiffness or tensed back can be due to poor posture. Always maintain correct posture when you are sitting, standing or sleeping. Make sure the mattress on which you sleep is giving you adequate rest at night, if not replace it with a better mattress.
Medical conditions that can cause stiffness of the back can be ligament or
muscle strain,
arthritis, spondylolistheses, mineral /
vitamin deficiency, etc.
Heat therapy, massage,
physical therapy may be helpful. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a physician / orthopedist, het required blood and imaging tests done. You will be accordingly treated. You are also experiencing nerve pain in both the feet. It may be indicative of developing neuropathy.
You are advised to wear wide, soft-soled, laced shoes with low heels to help relieve pressure on the feet and nerves. Wear comfortable pair of footwear, avoid wearing fancy footwear. Give rest to your foot, avoid walking or standing for a very long time. Massage the feet. You can take pain relieving medicines. Get nerve conduction velocity test done, get clinically examined by a
neurologist. Get treated at the earliest. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
