What Causes Nerve Spasms On Temples?

HI, I keep getting very short instant nerve spasms in my right side of my head near my temple, only lasting a couple of seconds but they feel like they would be an onset of a headache but then go away. it happens frequently throughout the day. im also experiencing the same in my right knee which i put down to old injurys.

Hello. These are called ice pick headaches and they are related to migraines. If it's a major problem the treatment is a medication called propranolol. As for your knee, I would get an MRI to look for a cartilage tear or a ligament problem
