What Causes Nerves Beating In Head With Shaky Hands And Eyes?

I was extremely tensed yesterday night and then it started to feel like my head will exploide. i could feel the nerves beating on my forehead. My hands were shaking and I was feeling sensations in my hand and on face near eyes. After a while it moved to my feets as well. Could you help me understand what could be causing it and which speciality doctor I need to consult .

It is a normal phenomenon. When you are tense, your heart rate increases.Blood flow to the body especially to the brain increases.That's why there is headache.,plus there are certain neuro transmitters which increase stimulation.When you are relaxed, every thing comes to normal.
