What Causes Neuropathic Sensations To Upper Front Teeth?

I'm experiencing neuropathic sensations to my four upper front teeth and upper palate ( teeth feel brittle, thin, cracking, and loose). Dental exams, brain MRI and facial CT are normal. I'm on neurontin 600mg tid without much help. A dental mouth guard helps decrease sensations when in place, but symptoms immediately return when I take it off. The symptoms are there all the time and effect my sense of speech and chewing. Any ideas or suggestions for referral
